What I collect, and why<\/h2>\n

When you download the free guide<\/h3>\n

I collect your first name and email so I can deliver the guide and follow up with a short series of personal emails about the work. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails in one click.<\/p>\n

When you send me a message via the contact form<\/h3>\n

I collect your name, email, and the contents of your message so I can reply. Your message is not used for marketing.<\/p>\n

When you book or buy a session, package, or course<\/h3>\n

I collect billing details (name, email, address) and any session-prep information you choose to share. Payment data is handled by my payment processors (Stripe \/ Airwallex) \u2014 I never see your full card number.<\/p>\n

Browsing the site<\/h3>\n

Like most websites, I record basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to understand which content resonates and to detect abuse. I use cookies for session state and, with your consent, marketing pixels (Meta \/ Google) so I can show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.<\/p>\n

Who I share it with<\/h2>\n

Only with the service providers I need to run the business: Brevo and Listmonk (email delivery), Stripe and Airwallex (payments), Cloudflare (security, performance), and the hosting provider. I do not sell your data, ever. I do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing.<\/p>\n
