השיטה שאני עובדת איתה היום נבנתה מתוך שנים של בנייה מחדש
מתוך עבודה עם נשים שמנסות להתחבר מחדש לעצמן ולבנות חיים ועסקים שתומכים בהן במקום לרוקן אותן. לא דרך מרדף, ולא דרך להפוך למישהי אחרת. אלא דרך בנייה מחדש מבפנים החוצה.

הפרפקציוניזם. חשיבת היתר. הריצוי. הפחד להיכשל. הלחץ להוכיח את עצמך כל הזמן.
זה השלב שבו אנחנו מתחילות לזהות את הדפוסים וההתנהגויות ההישרדותיות שמעצבות את החיים שלך, מערכות היחסים שלך, העסק שלך והדרך שבה את רואה את עצמך.

זה השלב שבו נשים מתחילות להתחבר מחדש לקול שלהן, לרצונות שלהן, לחוזקות שלהן, לערכים שלהן ולחיים שהן באמת רוצות לבנות.
בשלב הזה אנחנו בונות מחדש אמון עצמי, בהירות רגשית, גבולות וכיוון.
ולנשים שבונות עסק, זה גם השלב שבו מתחילים לדייק הצעות, מסרים, מיצוב ותשתית למותג אישי. זה בדרך כלל השלב שבו הדברים סוף סוף מתחילים להתחבר מבפנים.
ביטוי
זה השלב שבו השינויים הפנימיים מתחילים לקבל ביטוי חיצוני, בדרך שבה את מדברת, נוכחת, יוצרת, מוכרת, מובילה, שמה גבולות ומרשה לעצמך להיראות.
לבעלות עסקים, זה גם השלב שבו אנחנו מתחילות לבנות מערכת תוכן, מסרים, נראות ושיווק שמרגישים הרבה יותר מחוברים ואמיתיים.
זה השלב שבו נשים מפסיקות לנסות להישמע כמו כולם ומתחילות להישמע כמו עצמן.
צמיחה
זה השלב שבו מתחילים ליצור יציבות אמיתית. לא שחיקה. לא לחץ תמידי. ולא מרדף בלתי נגמר. אלא צמיחה יציבה, בריאה ומחוברת יותר.
השלב הזה יכול לכלול מערכות שיווק, פאנלים, אוטומציות, מערכת לידים, הצעות סקיילביליות, ביטחון עצמי ומערכות יחסים בריאות יותר.
כי המטרה היא לא רק הצלחה. המטרה היא חופש.
העבודה הזאת היא לא להפוך למישהי אחרת
היא ללמוד להרגיש מספיק בטוחה כדי להפוך ליותר ממי שאת כבר עכשיו.
