The agreement between us

By using sharonrise.com or booking a session, course, or package, you agree to the terms below. They are written plainly so that anyone reading them can understand exactly what they are agreeing to.
Who you are working with
Sharon Hershkovitz, trading as Sharon Rise. All services are delivered personally by Sharon. Contact: [email protected].
What I provide
Identity coaching, transformation work, group programs, digital courses, and free educational content. The work is reflective and emotional in nature — it is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. If you need any of those, please consult a licensed professional in that field.
Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe or Airwallex. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Refunds & cancellations
- 1:1 sessions: reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and you keep your credit. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Multi-session packages: a full refund (minus any sessions already delivered) is available within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet started the work.
- Digital courses & downloads: non-refundable once accessed, given the instant-delivery nature of digital products.
- Group programs: a full refund is available up to 7 days before the program begins.
If something genuinely doesn’t fit, email me. I will always try to find a fair outcome.
Your commitment
The work requires honesty, presence, and a willingness to look at patterns you might have avoided. I bring my full attention, expertise, and care to every session. The outcome of the work depends in large part on what you put into it.
No guarantees of specific results
I share testimonials, case studies, and my own experience to help you understand the kind of shifts the work can create. Your results will be your own. I cannot, and do not, guarantee specific outcomes regarding income, relationships, or any other life metric.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with me in a session stays private. I will only share something publicly (anonymously) if you give me explicit, written permission. Legal exceptions apply where I am required by law to disclose information (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).
Intellectual property
All content on this site (written, audio, video, course materials) is owned by Sharon Rise. You may use it for your personal reflection. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming it as your own is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Sharon Rise is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the services. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sharon Rise is registered. Any disputes will be resolved there, unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right elsewhere.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email to existing clients and posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change counts as acceptance.
